Otter Creek Organic FarmGary and Rosie Zimmer began farming in the 1970s, raising their children on the land and instilling in them an interest in agriculture and conservation. In 1994, Gary, Rosie and their son Nick bought Otter Creek Farm, originally a crop farm, and expanded into organic dairy farming.
